Set free (liberate, মুক্তি দেয়া)-The prisoners were set free.

See to (বিবেচনা করা)— I will see to the matter.
Set out (যাত্রা করা)— I will set out in time.
Set something right (ঠিক করা)— He will set the machine right.
Sheet anchor (হাতের প্যাচ)— This small piece of land is his sheet anchor.
Short cut (সংক্ষিপ্ত পথ)— He comes by this short cut.
Show good manner – ভালো আচরণ প্রদর্শন করা। Behave yourself – নম্রভাবে ব্যবহার করা- You should show good manner in the company of young ladies.
Short temper (রগচটা)— He is a man of short temper.
Silver living – hope- আশা বা ভালো দিক- Every cloud has a silver lining.
Speed money -ঘুষ; উৎকোচ; bribe – He hankers after speed money.
Soft Soap- Flatter for self motives – নিজ অভিপ্রায়ে/অভিসন্ধিতে তোষামোদ করা-He was expert in soft soap.
